云南省楚雄州属医疗机构消毒灭菌效果分析

Analysis of Disinfection and Sterilization Effect of Medical Institutions in Chuxiong Prefecture of Yunnan Province

目的调查2016—2017年云南省楚雄州属二级以上医疗机构的消毒灭菌效果现状,为规范医疗机构感染管理监测提供依据。方法利用现场抽样调查的方式,对楚雄州属医疗机构的空气、操作台面、医务人员手、医院污水等消毒灭菌效果进行监测。结果2016年度共监测样品217份,平均合格率为95.39%,公立医疗机构合格率(98.91%)高于民营医疗机构合格率(92.80%);2017年度共监测样品356份,消毒效果的平均合格率为97.75%,公立医院消毒效果合格率(99.36%)与民营医院合格率(96.50%)无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论楚雄州属二级以上医疗机构的消毒灭菌效果总体较好,但医院污水合格率较低,医院污水的消毒灭菌水平还有待进一步提高。

Objective To investigate the situation of disinfection and sterilization in more than two levels of hospitals in Chuxiong,providing the basis for standardizing the surveillance of infection management in medical institutions.Methods Using field sampling survey to monitor the effect of disinfection and sterilization on air, operating table, hand of medical staff and hospital sewage in state medical institutions. Results A total of 217 samples were tested and overall eligible was 95.39% in 2016. The eligible rate of public hospitals (98.91%) was higher than private medical institutions (92.80%). A total of 356 samples were tested and overall eligible was 97.75% in 2017. There is no significant difference (P>0.05) of overall eligible in public hospitals (99.36%) and private medical institution (96.50%). Conclusion The effect of disinfection and sterilization is totally good except the qualified rate of hospital sewage in more than two levels of hospitals in Chuxiong. The level of disinfection and sterilization of hospital sewage needs to be further improved.
