摘要
轻量化推动复合材料在汽车上的应用,为匹配汽车部件不同的结构与性能要求,复合材料不断衍生出新的"混合"工艺,如热塑性"Over molding(成型)"工艺和热固性"Hybrid SMC(模压片材)"工艺。本文从材料、工艺、制品性能以及典型案例等方面详细阐述了热塑性"混合"工艺、热固性"混合"工艺和热塑-热固"混合"工艺,为汽车复合材料部件的开发提供技术方向,拓展复合材料在汽车部件上的应用。
Lightweight technology is promoting the applications of composite materials in automotive, To match auto parts of different structures and performance requirements, composite materials continue to derive new“Hybrid”processes, such as thermoplastic“Over molding”process and thermosetting“Hybrid SMC”process. In this paper, the thermoplastic “Hybrid”process, thermoset“Hybrid”process and thermoplastic-thermoset“Hybrid”process are described in detail from the aspects of materials, process, product properties and typical cases, so as to provide technical direction for the development of automotive composite parts and expand the applications of composite materials in automotive parts.
