摘要
随着电动汽车的日益普及,其技术成熟度逐渐提升,但是如何提高电动汽车能源使用的效率和续驶里程仍然是制约电动汽车发展的瓶颈。电驱动系统是电动汽车的主要动力来源,通过提高电驱动系统的效率是增加续航里程的重要手段之一。优化动力电机本体设计方案、改进制造工艺以及使用新型材料,都可以开发出更高效的电驱动系统,当然也可以从逆变器硬件着手,考虑使用损耗更低的功率模块,但这些方法一般都会带来相应的成本增加。本文主要介绍几种控制算法优化的方法来达到电驱动系统效率提升的目的。这些方法对工程研究具有较大的参考价值。
Improving the efficiency of electric vehicle E-drive system and increasing the driving range of electric vehicle have important practical significance in the development of electric vehicle. The E-drive system is the powertrain of electric vehicle, improving its efficiency is the method that engineers mainly consider to increase the driving range. Generally the electromagnetic design, manufacturing process and materials of the motor itself can be improved to develop a higher efficient motor. The hardware of the inverters can be also improved, considering the use of power modules with lower losses, but these methods will generally bring about corresponding cost increasing. This paper mainly introduces several control algorithm optimization methods to achieve the purpose of improving the efficiency of E-drive system. These methods have great reference value for engineering research.
