RPH结合外痔切除术治疗混合痔的临床研究

Clinical study of RPH with external hemorrhoidectomy in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids

目的探讨弹力线痔套扎术(Automatic ligation of hemorrhoids,RPH)结合外痔切除术治疗混合痔的效果。方法将符合纳入标准的120例混合痔患者随机分为2组,每组60例。治疗组行RPH结合外痔切除术,对照组予以混合痔外切内扎术。比较:(1)2组手术时间、住院时间及术前、术后第3 天、第7 天患者便血、肛门疼痛、肛门坠胀感、外痔肿胀及赘皮等症状的改善情况。(2)评价2组的总体治疗效果。结果治疗组手术时间及住院时间短于对照组,症状改善情况优于对照组,治愈率高于对照组。差异均有统计学意义( P <0.05 )。结论 RPH结合外痔切除术治疗混合痔,能减轻患者痛苦、缩短患者住院周期、疗效显著、安全可靠。

Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of the Automatic ligation of hemorrhoids(RPH) with external hemorrhoidectomy surgery on treatment of mixed hemorrhoids.Methods 120 patients with mixed hemorrhoids meeting the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into 2 groups,60 patients in each group.In the treatment group,RPH combined with external hemorrhoid resection was performed,and the control group was treated with mixed hemorrhoid external resection.Comparison:(1)Improvement of symptoms such as operation time,hospitalization time and preoperative period,3 and 7th day after operation,anal pain,anal swelling,external hemorrhoids swelling and vegetation.(2)Evaluate the overall treatment effect of 2 groups.Results The operation time and hospitalization time in the treatment group were shorter than those in the control group,the improvement of symptoms was better and the cure rate was higher than the control group.The difference was statistically significant ( P <0.05 ).Conclusion RPH combined with external hemorrhoidectomy in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids can alleviate the pain of patients and shorten the period of hospitalization.It is effective,safe and reliable.
