2型糖尿病患者种植体植入时骨密度研究分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨2型糖尿病患者(T2DM)上颌前牙区牙槽骨密度(BMD)的变化,为T2DM 患者种植体植入提供实验依据。方法按照纳入标准选择48位患者,分为2组。对所有入选对象进行CBCT(cone-beam computed tomography)扫描。使用CBCT自带软件eXamVision在CBCT的三维重建图像中,找出上前牙唇腭侧釉牙本质界下3 mm、5 mm、8 mm相应位置,测量相应6各位点的牙槽骨平均密度,并使用SPSS 19.0软件对所测得数据进行统计学分析。结果糖尿病组患者上颌前牙唇腭侧牙槽BMD低于对照组。结论病程较长的中老年T2DM 患者上颌牙槽骨发生了骨质疏松化改变,在对此类患者进行上颌前牙区种植体植入时应重视骨质疏松病例的筛查,采取适当的应对措施来提高种植体植入的成功率。
