Design and Implementation of Whole Process Control System for Railway Materials

铁路物资系统主要解决物资采购与申领分发管理问题,但对铁路局集团公司下属各站段、车间、班组申领物资指挥的管理还不能全覆盖。设计与实现一种基于工作流的铁路物资系统,以管控、调剂、处置为核心理念,实现铁路系统"清家底"工作数字化、智能化,让申领后的物资、设备以及低值易耗品进行单位内状态切换、单位之间的调剂,让本来沉积、无用的物资、设备以及低值易耗品真正利用起来。

At present, the railway material system mainly solves the problem of material procurement and distribution management, but it cannot cover the management of material command of all stations, workshops and teams under the Railway Administration Group Company. This paper designs and implements a railway material system based on big data and workfl ow, which takes control, adjustment and disposal as the core idea to realize the digitization and intellectualization of "housekeeping" of the railway system. The materials, equipment and low-value consumables after application can be switched within the unit and adjusted between units, so that the original deposited, useless materials, equipment and low-value consumables can used fl exibly.
