摘要
目的观察动机性访谈式健康教育对妊娠期糖尿病患者自护能力的影响。方法选取100例妊娠期糖尿病患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组50例和干预组50例。对照组实施传统健康教育与电话随访,干预组在此基础上实施个体化动机性访谈式健康教育。干预前、干预后2个月,采用自我护理行为能力评价量表评价干预效果。结果 2组患者干预前自护行为能力得分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后2个月,干预组自护能力得分明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论动机性访谈式健康教育可以提高妊娠期糖尿病患者的自护能力。
Objective To explore the effect of motivational interviewing healthy education on self-care ability of patients with gestational diabetes.Methods In this study,100 patients with gestational diabetes were selected as subjects,and 50 cases were divided into control group and 50 cases of intervention group according to the random number table method. In the control group,traditional healthy education and telephone follow-up were carried out by the research group,and the intervention group carried out personalized motivational interviewing health education. In the second month after the intervention,the general data questionnaire and the self-nursing capacity evaluation scale were used to evaluate the effect.Results There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups of patients before intervention(P>0.05).Compared with the control group,the intervention group was significantly higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusions Motivational interviewing health education can improve the self-care ability of patients with gestational diabetes.
