导管固定装置在耳鼻咽喉科的应用效果观察

Application of catheter fixation in otolaryngology

目的探讨导管固定装置在耳鼻咽喉科血浆引流管固定的应用效果。方法选择耳鼻咽喉科2016年96例163根血浆引流管患者为对照组,2017年86例142根血浆引流管患者为观察组,对照组采用常规胶布和橡皮筋双固定方法,观察组采用胶布和导管固定装置双固定,比较2组患者非计划拔管率及患者舒适情况。结果观察组非计划拔管率、更衣换体位不便、变换体位时牵拉痛明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论导管固定装置的规范使用可降低非计划拔管发生率,同时减少患者变换体位时带来的不适和担心更衣时导管脱落,值得在临床推广使用。

Objective To investigate the application effect of catheter fixation device in otolaryngology department plasma drainage tube. Methods 96 patients with 163 nasal drainage catheters in the Department of Otorhinolaryngology were enrolled in this study,in 2016. 86 patients with 142 catheters were used as the observation group,in 2017.The control group was treated with conventional adhesive tape and rubber band fixation.Device double fixed,compared two groups of patients on unplanned extubation rate and patient comfort.Results The rate of unplanned extubation and dressing and pains at change bodies in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusions The standardized use of catheter fixation device can effectively reduce the incidence of unplanned extubation as well as reduce the discomfort when the patient changes position.Therefore,it is worthwhile to promote the use of catheter fixation in patients with fear of falling off of the catheter during dressing.
