摘要
热轧CSP生产中发现一次除鳞系统维护成本较高,主要是由于用于减震功能的高压蓄能器较容易损坏,为了降低设备维护投入,提高设备使用寿命,对除鳞系统中的高压蓄能器进行改造和设计。投入生产后,系统在降低系统振动和稳定除鳞水压力方面取得了较好的效果,并达到了降本目的。
The high maintenance cost of primary descaling system is found in the hot rolling CSP production,which is mainly due to the damage of the high pressure accumulator used for shock absorption function.In order to reduce the equipment maintenance investment and improve the service life of the equipment,the transformation and design of the high pressure accumulator in the descaling system are carried out.After being put into production,the system has achieved,and has achieved the goal of lowering cost.
