结合长江钢铁管理需求和特点,以及前期与各业务部门的交流,以及根据我们实施的马钢公司和外部市场备品备件管理系统经验,完成长江钢铁备品备件管理系统方案。该方案内容包括备件采购需求申请、采购计划制定、采购合同管理、备件出入库管理等,系统将备件管理应用架构通过规范管理流程的系统化,完成备件采购的进、销、存一条龙的信息系统管理。

Based on the requirements and characteristics of Chang-jiang Steel management,as well as the previous exchanges with various business departments,as well as the experience of Ma Steel Company and the external market spare parts management system,the Chang-jiang Steel spare parts management system scheme is completed.The content of the program includes spare parts procurement demand application,procurement plan formulation,procurement contract management,spare parts storage management,etc.The system will complete the information system management of spare parts procurement through standardizing the management process.
