Tapping Educational Elements of Discipline and Improving the Ability of Talent Training System Constructing——Taking School of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Hebei North University as an Example

人才培养体系涉及学科体系、教学体系、教材体系和管理体系等多方面,贯穿其中的是思想政治工作体系。河北北方学院中医学院立足学科专业特点,以党的建设、师德师风建设及校园文化建设为保障,着力打造“中医魂·国风情”育人模式,将中医药文化与中华优秀传统文化相融合,融入到课堂内外,延伸到社会家庭,对提升学院人才培养体系建设能力进行了有益探索。

The talent training system involves subject system,teaching system,teaching material system,management system,etc.,and the system of ideological and political work is the center of it.Based on the characteristics of the subject,guaranteed by the construction of the Party,the teachers’ professional ethics,and the campus culture,School of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Hebei North University strives to build a talent training mode,which integrates the culture of traditional Chinese medicine and the excellent traditional Chinese culture.This mode not only integrates the in-class and the out-of-class learning,but extends to society and families,providing a significant pattern for the improvement of the school’s ability of talent training system constructing.
