摘要
通过实证调查张家口各高校辅导员核心素养情况,同时借助理念-能力-知识(ideological-ability-knowledge,IAK)素质模型对调查中所涉及的辅导员核心素养进行3个维度和11个变量的分类与比较分析,发现高校辅导员在心理咨询和服务的专业知识、就业指导和思想引领方面有所欠缺,可为以后的高校辅导员各类培育体系的完善和优化提供参考。
Based on a survey of the key competences of class counselors in universities in Zhangjiakou,by means of IAK competence model,the study makes a comparative analysis of the three dimensions and eleven variables of the key competences in the survey.It is revealed that class counselors in universities are lacking in professional knowledge of psychological consultation and service,in employment guidance,and in thought leading,which provides a reference for the improvement of the cultivation system for class counselors in universities.
