摘要
该文以发电机出线裸导体及其周围的钢架结构为研究对象,研究出线裸导体的交流磁场对周围钢架结构的磁场热效应。基于多物理场有限元分析的方法,首先建立发电机出线导体及周围钢架结构的电磁场模型,定量分析产生的涡流损耗;其次通过电磁场和温度场耦合的方法,将涡流场中产生的损耗作为热源导入热力学模型,建立钢架结构的热力学模型,定量地分析出线导体对周围钢架结构的热磁影响,得出出线小间的温度分布。根据分析结果,为发电机出线导体及其周围钢结构的设计提出相应的防护措施,解决出线小间局部过热问题,使设备运行参数达到设计标准。
In this paper, to study the bare conductor AC magnetic field around the steel structure of the magnetic field heat effect, the generator bare conductor and the surrounding steel structure is regarded as the research object. Based on the multi-physics finite element analysis method, The electromagnetic field model of the generator outlet conductor and the surrounding steel structure is established firstly to quantitatively analyze the resulting eddy current loss. Secondly, the loss generated in the eddy current field is introduced into the thermodynamic model as a heat source by the coupling of electromagnetic field and temperature field. The model of the steel frame structure is established to quantitatively analyze the thermal and magnetic effects of the wire conductor on the surrounding steel frame structure and obtain the temperature distribution. According to the analysis results, the corresponding protective measures are put forward for the design of the outlet conductor and the surrounding steel structure of the generator, which solves the problem of local overheating in the outlet and makes the operating parameters of the equipment reach the standards of design.
