摘要
为了解决稀土冶炼时人工操作对纯度的影响以及高温、粉尘对工人身心健康的影响,设计研发了一套稀土冶炼自动化生产设备。设备主要包括稀土冶炼机器人、阴极升降机构、铸模脱模机构等,能够实现稀土金属溶液的提取和搬运、稀土金属的铸模与脱模等。应用Creo软件对稀土冶炼机器人进行了运动学仿真分析,得到了稀土冶炼机器人X、Y、Z各轴的位移与速度曲线。分析结果表明稀土冶炼机器人各轴运动平稳,符合预期要求。仿真结果为控制系统的搭建提供了参考,为稀土冶炼机器人结构的进一步优化分析提供了基础。
In order to get rid of the influence of manual operation on purity during rare earth smelting a nd the effect of high temperature and dust on workers′ physical and mental health,we designed and developed a set of rare earth smelting automation production equipment .The equipment mainly includes rare earth smelting robot,cathode lifting mechanism,mold demoulding mechanism,etc.It can realize the extraction and transportation of rare earth metal solutions,mold casting and demoulding of rare earth metals,etc.Kinematics simulation analysis of rare earth smelting robot is conducted by using Creo.The displacement and velocity curves of the X,Y and Z axes of the rare earth smelting robot are obtained.The results show that the motion of the rare earth smelting robot is stable and can meet the expected requirements.The simulation results provide a reference for the construction of the control system and provide a basis for further structural optimization analysis.
