材料扭转试验机计算机控制系统开发与实现

摘要 以NJ-50B型材料扭转试验机为研究对象,针对原有测控系统测量性能差和故障频发等问题,用传感器来替代原有的滑轮和杠杆式数据采集系统,采用AT89S52单片机设计了数据采集和控制系统,并采用Visual Basic开发工具结合SQL Server数据库完成了上位机控制、绘图、数据存储、分析等功能的开发。通过对材料扭转试验机的测控系统进行设计和优化,使得其自动化水平大大提高,并且测量性能与精度得到有效的提升。 The NJ-50B material torsion testing machine was selected as the research object.In view of the poor measurement performance and frequent failure of the original measurement and control system of the material torsion tester,the sensor was used to replace the mechanical construction of pulley and lever in the original data acquisition system.The data acquisition and control system was designed by using AT89S52 single chip computer,and the functions of PC control,drawing,data storage and analysis were developed by using Visual Basic development tool and SQL Server database.By designing and optimizing the measurement and control system of the material torsion testing machine,the level of automation was greatly enhanced and the measurement performance and precision were effectively improved.
