基于快速原型的SCR&DPF电控开发平台设计

摘要 SCR&DPF系统是柴油发动机实现国家第五乃至更高阶段排放标准的尾气处理设备。SCR&DPF电控开发平台以快速原型PROtroniC为核心,集成了后处理控制策略Simulink模型,外接发动机信号模拟器,可监测发动机转速、工作温度、尾气背压、NOx浓度等信息。用户可以对控制策略进行修改、标定、调试,实现尾气后处理系统控制策略的Simulink代码生成、功能测试、标定、故障诊断等一系列二次开发及教学演示功能,满足使用需求。 SCR&DPF system is a tail gas treatment device of diesel engine to realize the EURO5 emission level or more advanced stage.The SCR&DPF electronic control development platform based on the rapid prototyping PROtroniC is designed,which integrates the post-processing control strategy Simulink model with the engine signal simulator.By use of the platform,we can monitor engine speed,operating temperature,exhaust back pressure,NO x concentration and other information,and realize the integration of SCR and DPF system software and hardware.In addition,users can modify,calibrate and debug the control strategy,to realize a series of secondary development and teaching demonstration functions,such as Simulink code generation,function test,calibration,fault diagnosis,etc.
