微型纯电动汽车用轮边驱动电机电磁结构分析 被引量:1

摘要 针对微型纯电动汽车,开发设计出一款结构简单、耐用可靠的一体化外转子式轮边驱动电机。根据微型汽车相关结构参数和动力性能要求,确定了电机的相关尺寸和电磁结构并进行了分析计算。通过ANSYS软件中Maxwell 2D模块研究电机槽口宽度的大小和永磁体的厚度对电机输出转矩和齿槽转矩的影响,对设计的电机界面径向磁场进行了部分重要参数的改进和有限元分析。最后对样机进行相关试验测试验证,样机测试结果证明了设计分析的可行性。 An integrated external rotor wheel-side drive motor with simple structure,durability and reliability is developed for micro electric vehicle.According to the relevant structural parameters and dynamic performance requirements of mini-car,the size and electromagnetic structure of the motor are determined and analyzed.Maxwell 2D module in ANSYS software is used to study the influence of slot size, permanent magnet thickness and air gap thickness on output torque and slot torque of motor.Some important parameters of the designed radial magnetic field of motor interface are improved and analyzed by finite element method.Finally,the prototype is tested and verified.The prototype test results show the feasibility of the design analysis.
