摘要
基于多体动力学和齿轮动力学理论,建立了考虑齿轮传动系统的铁道车辆动力学模型,其详细考虑了传动系统非线性特性,比如齿轮啮合刚度、阻尼力、摩擦力、齿形误差以及齿侧间隙等。然后,研究了轨道几何不平顺、车轮扁疤对齿轮传动系统的影响。以齿轮啮合力、齿轮接触应力、动态传递误差为指标,对传动系统进行评估。研究表明:轨道不平顺激励和车轮扁疤均在高速阶段对传动系统影响较大;而且车轮扁疤长度大于30mm时,传动系统状态恶化严重。分析表明可以通过齿轮传动系统的扭转振动监测车轮扁疤故障。
Based on the multibody dynamics and gear dynamics theory,the railway vehicle dynamic model considering gear transmission system is established.The nonlinear factors,such as gear mesh stiffness,friction force,gear error and backlash,are considered.And then,the influences of track irregularities and wheel flat on gear transmission system are investigated.The system is assessed based on the gear mesh force,contact stress and dynamic transmission error.The results show that the track irregularities and wheel flat have significant influence on gear transmission system in high-speed range.Moreover,the dynamic performance of transmission system is severe degraded when the length of wheel flat over 30 mm.Finally,it indicates that the wheel flat can be monitored using the torsional vibration performance of gear transmission system.
