基于有限元软件的停车库提升平台的疲劳分析 被引量:1

摘要 使用SolidWorks软件对折叠式立体停车库的提升平台进行三维实体建模,基于有限元软件ANSYS Workbench对提升平台进行静态力学分析,使用nCode Design-Life对提升平台进行疲劳分析。提升平台采用Q235A材料,对Q235A试样进行疲劳寿命测试并得出材料的S—N曲线,将实验数据输入Workbench与nCode Design-Life软件中进行仿真分析,结果表明其中间偏外侧梁变形量最大,最大应力集中处位于提升拉杆与提升平台铰接处,疲劳损伤与整体寿命满足设计要求。通过实验与有限元软件分析相结合,有效验证了提升平台结构的安全性与可靠性。 The 3D solid model of the lifting platform of a folding stereo garage is set up by use of SolidWorks,and the static analysis of the lifting platform is carried out.In addition,the fatigue analysis of the lifting platform is conducted by nCode Design-Life software .The lifting platform is made of Q235A material,and the fatigue life test of Q235A sample is carried out,and the S-N curve of the material is obtained.The experimental data is inputted into the Workbench and nCode Design-Life software for simulation analysis.The results show that the deformation of the lateral outer beam of the platform is the largest.The maximum stress is concentrated in the hinge of the lifting rod and the lifting platform,and the fatigue damage and overall life meet the design requirements.Through the combination of experiments and finite element software analysis,the safety and reliability of the platform structure are effectively verified.
