摘要 煤矿井下巷道粉尘是造成人员伤害和设备损坏的重要因素,利用三维建模软件SolidWorks对井下巷道建模和参数设定,利用Fluent软件分别对矿车逆风运动、顺风运动、静止3种状态下的粉尘浓度分布进行仿真及分析,并以云状分布图的形式直观展示出来。其仿真分析结果对后续喷雾降尘设备的设计具有一定理论指导意义。 Dust in underground coal mine roadway is an important factor causing personnel injury and equipment damage,so it is particularly important to study the movement law of dust in roadway.Using the 3D modeling software SolidWorks to model the underground tunnel and set the parameters,the Fluent software is used to simulate and analyze the dust concentration distribution in 3 states,which are the upwind movement,the wind movement and the static state,and the dust concentration distribution cloud diagrams are obtained.The results of simulation analysis have some guiding significance for the design of subsequent spray dust control equipment.
