摘要
为了实现发动机缸盖批量化生产过程中斜油孔位置度的测量,针对待测孔结构特点,提出了一种专用检测装置的设计方法。详细描述了检测装置的组成结构、关键结构件的设计以及安装使用方法。所设计的检测装置结构紧凑、制作成本低,大大提高了位置度的检测精度和检测速度,可为同类零件的检测提供借鉴。
In order to realize the position measurement of the inclined oil hole in the mass production process of the engine cylinder head, according to the structural characteristics of the hole to be measured,a design scheme of a special detection device is proposed,and the structure and technical requirements of the hole to be measured are analyzed.The composition structure of the detection device,the design of key structural parts,and the installation and use method are described in detail.The designed detection device is compact in structure and low in manufacturing cost,which greatly improves the detection accuracy and speed of the position degree and provides a reference for the detection of similar parts.
