中小型电机多工位出厂试验系统的设计

介绍了用于三相异步电机、变频电机等电机出厂检测的多工位出厂试验系统。系统采用先进的四象限变频静止电源技术,设计试验工位多、测试节拍快,能够按照相关的标准规定很好地完成电机出厂检测。经验证,本系统测量精确、运行稳定、操作简便、自动化程度较高,具有较高的设计参考价值。

In this paper,the advanced four-quadrant variable-frequency power technology was applied to the design of routine test system for medium and small-sized motors.The system was designed multi-station and could test motor fast.It can meet for the medium and small-sized motors routine test accordance with the relevant standards.The actual state of operation shows the system is accurate,stable and reliable,easy to operate,highly automated and with high design reference value.
