基于C#的弯管内壁除锈机构快速设计的研究

摘要 弯管内壁除锈机构是一种针对弯管的机械式除锈工具,为了加快对不同类型、不同尺寸弯管除锈机构的设计、分析时间,研究了一种能够对其实现快速建模、运动仿真功能的系统。利用Visual C#和ADAMS命令进行混合编程,通过定制界面简化了操作,并具有良好的人机交互性,能够快速完成仿真模型的建立、导入与运动学仿真结果的提取,从而提高设计效率,为除锈机构功能的进一步完善奠定了基础。 The inner wall rust removal mechanism of curved pipe is a mechanical rust removal tool for curved pipe.In order to shorten the design and analysis time of different types and sizes of rust removal mechanisms,we propose a system which can realize fast modeling and motion simulation.It uses Visual C# and ADAMS commands for mixed programming,simplifies operation through a custom interface,and has good human-computer interaction,by which we can quickly complete the modeling and simulation,so as to improve the design efficiency.It may lay a foundation for the further improvement of the function of the rust removal mechanism.
