摘要
为了充分利用现有的资源,对注塑机进行了改造。用交流变频调速系统取代原有的直流调速系统,采用PLC及其特殊功能模块和多种传感器实现注塑自动化控制,提高了设备的性价比,实现了设计的预期目标。
This paper introduced the reformation of an injection molding machine,in which an AC variable frequency speed regulation system was used to replace the original DC speed control system,and a PLC and its special function modules and a variety of sensors were adopted to realize the automatic control of the machine.A good effect has been achieved.
