摘要
通过对风扇叶片模具型腔的结构和加工要求分析,优化了数控加工工艺和数控加工策略。实践表明:满足了扇叶模具型腔零件的生产要求,提升了风扇叶片的光洁度和动平衡特性,产品质量稳定。
In this paper,the structure and processing requirements of the mold cavity for fan blade were analyzed,and the numerical control machining process and processing program were optimized.The practice shows that the production requirement of the mold cavity of the fan blade is met,and the quality is stable,and the finish and dynamic balance of the fan blade are improved.
