摘要
以2200TEU集装箱船为例,通过有限元错位载荷分析,Tribon软件三维建模设计,并在生产过程中严格按照工艺施工,保证了箱柱的绝对精度。该技术的实施减少了船坞的吊装次数,缩短了箱柱安装的施工周期,降低了建造成本,为其他集装箱船箱柱的安装提供了参考。
In this paper,2200TEU container ship is taken as the research object.The 3D model of the container ship deck stanchion is set up by Tribon software,and the stress analysis is conducted by use of MSC.Natran.Based on the simulation analysis,the assembly process is put forward.The accuracy of deck stanchion is ensured,and the hoisting number is cut down,so as the building cost and building cycle are reduced.This work may provide a theoretical reference for building the similar container ships.
