摘要
为了提高隔爆馈电开关的稳定性和安全性,从真空灭弧室触头和材料选择等方面对隔爆馈电开关结构进行优化,具体实施方案为:将隔爆馈电开关的真空灭弧室触头改为折线形横磁触头;触头材料选用铜铬合金;真空灭弧室内的动导电杆和进线排之间加入"U"型软连接的补偿措施。结果表明:改进后的隔爆馈电开关短路分断电流增加,短延时开断能力提高。
In order to improve the stability and safety of explosion-proof feeder switch,the structure of the flameproof feeder switch is optimized from the contact and material selection of the vacuum interrupter.The concrete implementation scheme is as follows: the contact of the vacuum interrupter of the flameproof feeder switch is changed into a special-shape transverse magnetic contact;the contact material is copper-chromium alloy.The U “soft link” compensation measure is added between the moving guide pole and the incoming line in the vacuum interrupter chamber.The results show that the improved flameproof feeder switch is satisfied.
