基于演化博弈的煤炭企业低碳减排路径分析 被引量:11

Analysis of Coal Enterprises' Low-carbon Emissions Reduction Path Based on Evolutionary Game

摘要 针对煤炭企业在碳排放政策环境下的策略选择问题,构建了地方政府与煤炭企业的演化博弈模型,并对模型均衡点的局部稳定性进行分析,最后运用Matlab工具对二者演化过程进行数值仿真。研究表明:影响煤炭企业采取低碳生产方式的因素包括低碳生产成本、当地政府的奖惩力度、企业低碳生产收益,其中低碳生产成本是主要影响因素;影响当地政府监管的因素主要包括低碳生产方式下的监管成本以及当地政府绩效考核体系。在此结论上,提出相应的对策建议。 From the view of the strategy selection of coal enterprises under the environment of carbon emission policy,an evolutionary game model of local government and coal enterprises is constructed,and the local stability of the model equilibrium point is analyzed. Finally, the evolution progress is numerically simulated using Matlab.The research shows that the factors influencing coal enterprises to adopt low-carbon production mode include low-carbon production cost,rewards and punishments of local government and low-carbon production profits of enterprises,among which,low-carbon production cost is the main influencing factor. Factors affecting local government regulation mainly include low Regulatory costs under carbon production and local government performance appraisal system. In this conclusion,put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
