手术室专业护理对控制腔镜肾切除术后感染的效果探讨

Effect of operating room professional nursing on infection after controlled endoscopic nephrectomy

目的研究并分析手术室专业护理对控制腔镜肾切除术后感染的效果。方法选取2016年12月20日~2017年12月19日在我院进行腔镜肾切除术治疗的80例患者作为研究对象,采用数字随机方法将单数40例患者分为对照组,双数40例患者分为实验组,对照组患者接受常规护理,实验组患者在此基础上增加手术室专业护理,对比两组患者护理效果。结果护理后,实验组患者恢复情况优于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患者并发症发生率低于对照组患者,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患者满意度高于对照组患者,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论手术室专业护理用于腔镜肾切除术患者效果良好,能够较好控制患者术后感染发生率,加快患者康复效率,提升护理满意度,值得大力推广。

Objective To study and analyze the effect of operating room professional nursing group on infection after endoscopic nephrectomy. Methods 80 patients who underwent endoscopic nephrectomy in our hospital from December 20, 2016 to December 19, 2017 were enrolled. The singular 40 patients were included as the control group by digital random method. The double-number 40 cases were included as the experimental group. The control group received routine nursing. The experimental group was added with the professional nursing care based on the routine nursing. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results After nursing, the recovery of the experimental group was better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The probability of complications in the experimental group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The patient satisfaction in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The professional nursing of operating room for laparoscopic nephrectomy has a good effect on nursing intervention. It can better control the probability of postoperative infection, accelerate the recovery efficiency of patients and improve the satisfaction of nursing. It is worth promoting.
