多功能输液架在静脉输液过程护理风险管理中的应用效果

Application effect of multi-functional infusion stand in nursing risk management of intravenous infusion process

目的探讨一种新型多功能输液架对静脉输液过程护理风险管理的作用。方法选取2017年1~12月我院收治的静脉输液患者100例,根据患者入院先后顺序分为对照组(n=50)和观察组(n=50),对照组患者使用老式天轨输液架或落地式输液架进行静脉输液,按常规的静脉输液操作,有陪护进行生活护理;观察组患者使用多功能输液架进行静脉输液自护,同时采用护患协同式风险管理,对两组患者静脉输液过程护理风险发生率、患者舒适度和满意度进行比较。结果观察组患者静脉输液过程出现输液管受压折叠输液不畅、穿刺针移位局部渗漏、静脉回血导致穿刺针堵塞、跌倒发生率低于对照组(分别是P=0.008、0.025、0.008、0.035);观察组患者总舒适度和总满意度得分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论新型多功能输液架应用于静脉输液过程护理风险管理中,能降低患者静脉输液风险发生率,患者的舒适度和满意度明显得到提升,从而提高护理质量。

Objective To explore the role of a new type of multi-functional infusion stand in the risk management of intravenous infusion process. Methods 100 patients with intravenous infusion admitted to our hospital from January to December 2017 were enrolled. The patients were divided into the control group(n=50) and the observation group(n=50) according to the order of admission. The control group was given the old type infusion stand for intravenous infusion and routine intravenous infusion operation with accompanying people to carry out life care. The observation group was given the multi-functional infusion stand for intravenous infusion with no accompanying people, and at the same time, the nurses and patients coordinated risk management was carried out. The incidence of care risk, patient comfort, and satisfaction during intravenous infusion were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence rates of adverse events during the intravenous infusion(including twisted tube, displacement of needle, blood return, and falling down) were lower in the observation group than in the control group(P=0.008, 0.025, 0.008, 0.035, respectively);the total comfort and satisfaction scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group, which was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion In the risk management of intravenous infusion process, the new multi-functional infusion stand can reduce the risk of intravenous infusion of patients, and improve the patients' comfort and satisfaction, thereby improving the quality of care.
