Objective To explore the application of fluorescent PCR combined with high-risk human papillomavirus typing nucleic acid in the screening of cervical cancer precancerous lesions and its clinical effect. Methods 86 patients with cervical cancer admitted in our hospital from April 2016 to April 2018 were divided into the control group and the study group. The control group was screened by fluorescent PCR. The patients in the study group were treated with the screening of high-risk human papillomavirus typing nucleic acid based on fluorescent PCR. The pathological diagnosis results were compared. Results The high-risk human papillomavirus infection rate detected by the study group was as high as 75.6%. The high-risk human papillomavirus infection rate detected by the study group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). The population infection rate of people aged 40-49 years old was as high as 82.1%. And the high-risk human papillomavirus infection was different at different ages(P<0.05). Conclusion Fluorescence PCR combined with high-risk human papillomavirus typing nucleic acid has a very important role in the screening of cervical cancer precancerous lesions and has a guiding role in medical testing. The detection rate is higher and the effect is ideal. It should be further promoted the applied clinically.
