摘要
目的探讨以团队为基础(TBL)的教学方法结合比较影像学在核医学理论教学中的应用。方法以我校2014级临床医学专业学生为研究对象,将其分为传统教学组和TBL+比较影像教学组。根据学生的测试成绩以及调查问卷为评价标准,比较两组的教学效果。结果根据问卷调查结果显示,大部分学生相比传统教学方式更喜欢TBL+比较影像教学方式;TBL+比较影像教学组学生的测试成绩优于传统教学组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论在核医学理论教学中运用TBL+比较影像学教学法,能够有效的提高学生的学习兴趣及自主学习能力,加强学生对知识的理解和运用,掌握科学诊断模式,增强独立解决问题的能力等。
Objective To calculate the clinical value of team-based learningmethod combined with comparative imaging teaching in nuclear medicinetheoretical classes. Methods Grade 2014 clinical medicine students wereenrolled for the study. They were divided into two groups One is traditionalteaching group, another is team-based learning method combined withcomparative imaging teaching group. The teaching effect was comparedby evaluating test scores and statistical analysis of the questionnaire.Results According to the survey results, Students’ satisfaction with TBLmethod combined with comparative imaging teaching method is higherthan traditional group, and the test scores are also higher than traditionalgroup, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). ConclusionThe combination of team-based learning teaching method combined withcomparative imaging teaching method in nuclear medicine theoreticalclasses significantly, aroused students’ interest in study and their shelfdirected learning, enable students to master the theoretical knowledge soas to apply them, master scientific way of diagnosing disease, enhance theability of solve problem by themselves.
