理论与实践相结合的教学模式在本科医学生口腔正畸学带教中的应用效果 被引量:15

摘要 目的探讨理论与实践结合教学模式在口腔正畸学带教中的应用效果。方法选取我校大三口腔专业学生80名作为研究对象。采用随机数字表法将其分为研究组与对照组,对照组40名学生本学期内接受常规口腔正畸学理论教学,研究组40名学生学期内则接受理论与临床实践结合的口腔正畸学教学模式管理,比较两组学生期末理论、实践技能以及案例分析考核成绩,并对比两组学生对口腔正畸学教学的评价结果。结果研究组学生期末理论成绩、实践技能成绩以及案例分析成绩均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);并且研究组学生对渐进式教学各个维度的评价结果中总赞同率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论口腔正畸学带教中采取理论与实践相结合的教学模式可有效提升学习效率与学习质量,激发学生学习主动性与学习兴趣,提升学习效率并能有效节省学习时间与精力。 Objective To explore the application effect of the teaching mode of combining theory with practice in the teaching of orthodontics. Methods 80 third-year students majoring in stomatology in our university were selected as the subjects of study. Random number table method was used to divide them into study group and control group. In the control group, 40 students were taught the theory of orthodontics during the semester. In the study group, 40 students accepted the management of oral orthodontics teaching mode combining theory with clinical practice during the semester. The final examination results of theory, practice skills and case analysis between the two groups were compared. The evaluation results of two groups of students on orthodontics teaching were compared. Results The students in the research group got higher scores in theory, practical skills and case analysis than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). And the overall approval rate of the students in the research group was higher than that in the control group in the evaluation results of various dimensions of progressive teaching, with statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of progressive teaching mode in orthodontics teaching can effectively improve the mastery of learning theory and practical skills, stimulate students’ initiative and interest in learning, improve learning efficiency and save learning time and energy.
