摘要 目的分析以学生为主体的神经内科住院医师规范化培训模式的应用效果。方法随机选取2017年10月—2018年8月在我院神经内科接受规培的住院医师42人作为研究对象。通过随机抽签法,将其分为比对组(n=21)和研究组(n=21)。对比组学员应用传统床旁教学查房模式,研究组学员应用以学生为主体的规范化培训模式,比较两组规培医师考核成绩以及满意度。结果研究组规培医师阅片成绩、神经系统查体成绩以及理论考试成绩均高于比对组,两组各项观察指标数据比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P <0.05);两组规培医师腰穿成绩比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。研究组规培医师总满意度为100.00%,比对组规培医师总满意度为80.95%,两组满意度比较,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论以学生为主体的神经内科住院医师规范化培训模式能够使神经内科规培医师理论成绩以及操作技能得到明显提高,临床应用效果理想。 Objective To analyze the application effect of standardizedtraining mode for resident physicians in neurology. Methods 42 residents who received regular training in neurology department of our hospital from October 2017 to August 2018 were randomly selected as the study subjects. By random lottery, they were divided into comparison group(n=21) and research group(n=21). Contrast group students used traditional bedside teaching rounds. Student-centered standardized training mode is applied to the study group. The examination results and satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results The results of film reading, neurological physical examination and theoretical examination in the study group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in lumbar puncture performance between the two groups(P>0.05). The total satisfaction rate of the study group was 100.00% and 80.95% compared with that of the study group. There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion The studentbased neurology department resident standardization training mode can significantly improve the theoretical results and operational skills of neurology physicians, and the clinical application effect is ideal.
