联合D-D、CRP和FIB对下肢深静脉血栓的诊断价值

Diagnostic Value of Combined D-D, CRP and FIB for Deep Venous Thrombosis of Lower Extremity

目的探讨联合监测D-二聚体(D-D)、C-反应蛋白(CRP及纤维蛋白原(FIB)对下肢深静脉血栓患者的诊断价值。方法选取2018年1—12月下肢深静脉血栓患者50例作为观察组,选取同时期健康人群50例作为对照组,比较两组患者D-D、CRP、FIB的表达。结果与正常对照组相比,观察组D-D、CRP、FIB增高,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。D-D、CRP、FIB诊断下肢深静脉血栓的敏感度为100%(50/50)、52%(26/50)、100%(50/50),差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。D-D、CRP、FIB诊断DVT的特异度为76%(38/50)、82%(41/50)、80%(40/50),差异不具有统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论3种指标联合检测对DVT具有很好的辅助诊断作用,有利于提高诊断的准确性。其中D-D和FIB诊断DVT敏感度很高。

Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of combined monitoring of D-dimer(D-D), C-reactive protein(CRP) and fibrinogen(FIB) in patients with deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity. Methods 50 patients with deep venous thrombosis of lower extremities from January to December 2018 were selected as observation group. 50 healthy people in the same period were selected as control group. The expressions of D-D, CRP and FIB were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with the normal control group, D-D, CRP and FIB increased in the observation group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The sensitivity of D-D, CRP and FIB in the diagnosis of DVT was 100%(50/50), 52%(26/50) and 100%(50/50), the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The specificity of D-D, CRP and FIB in diagnosing DVT was 76%(38/50), 82%(41/50) and 80%(40/50), the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05). Conclusion The combined detection of the three indicators has a good auxiliary diagnostic effect on DVT, which is conducive to improve the accuracy of diagnosis. Among them, D-D and FIB diagnose DVT with high sensitivity.
