脑胶质瘤术后应用医护一体化护理的影响观察

Observation on the Effect of Integrated Nursing Care After Cerebral Glioma Surgery

目的医护一体化护理对脑胶质瘤手术后效果与生活质量分析。方法选取2016年8月—2018年8月诊治脑胶质瘤80例患者作为研究对象,将其随机分成两组。对照组给予常规护理,研究组给予医护一体化护理,分析两组患者的心理状态、生活质量及并发症。结果研究组SAS(31.52±3.26)分、SDS(32.62±3.18)分比对照组低,组间比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P <0.05);研究组精神状况(85.67±11.24)分、社会功能(84.68±10.52)分等比对照组高,组间比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P <0.05);研究组并发症比对照组少,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论脑胶质瘤手术后应用医护一体化护理,能改善心理状态,提高生活质量,并降低并发症,效果显著。

Objective The effect of integrated nursing care on the outcome and quality of life of glioma after surgery. Methods 80 patients with glioma from August 2016 to August 2018 were selected as the study subjects. They were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was given routine nursing. The research group gave integrated medical and nursing care. Psychological status, quality of life and complications of the two groups were analyzed. Results The SAS and SDS scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group(31.52±3.26) points and(32.62±3.18) points. There were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05). The scores of mental status(85.67±11.24) points and social function(84.68±10.52) points in the study group were higher than those in the control group. There were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05). The study group had fewer complications than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of integrated nursing care after cerebral glioma surgery can improve the psychological state, improve the quality of life, and reduce complications, and the effect is remarkable.
