整体护理对老年性白内障患者的影响分析

The Effect of Holistic Nursing on Senile Cataract Patients

目的研究责任制整体护理干预对老年性白内障患者住院期间不良事件发生风险的影响效果。方法选取我院2015年1月—2018年1月收治的老年白内障患者80例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法,将其分为实验组和参照组,每组均40例患者。参照组采用常规护理方法,实验组采用责任制整体护理方法,对比两组患者的临床效果。结果参照组患者的护理满意度低于实验组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);参照组患者的住院时间长于实验组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);参照组患者的护理质量评分低于实验组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);参照组患者的不良反应发生率高于实验组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论责任制整体护理干预可有效改善老年性白内障患者的症状,取得了十分良好的护理成效。

Objective To study the effect of responsibility holistic nursing intervention on the risk of adverse events in senile cataract patients during hospitalization. Methods 80 senile cataract patients admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to January 2018 were selected as the subjects of study. Random number table method was used to divide them into experimental group and reference group, each group had 40 patients. The control group was given routine nursing care. The experimental group adopted the holistic nursing method of responsibility system. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results he nursing satisfaction of the reference group was lower than that of the experimental group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The hospitalization time of the reference group was longer than that of the experimental group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The nursing quality score of the reference group was lower than that of the experimental group, with statistical significance(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions of the reference group was higher than that of the experimental group, with statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion Responsible holistic nursing intervention can effectively improve the symptoms of senile cataract patients, and has achieved very good nursing results.
