摘要 目的探索适合住院患者责任制护理标准化健康宣教路径工作方法和护理管理模式,提升优质护理服务质量。方法通过对责任制整体护理工作方法进行总结,将护理工作中的方法和经验进行归纳,根据护理程序的步骤,结合本科室专科疾病特点,制定适合本科室责任制护理工作的健康教育路径表格。结果健康教育路径表应用在责任制整体护理工作中,可以明显提高临床护士护理服务质量,规范健康宣教工作,同时也明显提高实习生及低年资护士临床工作能力,提高住院患者对护理服务工作的满意度。结论通过使用健康教育路径表对住院患者实施健康教育,能显著提高护理质量,优化护理管理工作,有效改善健康教育效果,有利于对责任制护理工作进行规范管理,提升护理管理质量。 Objective To explore the working method and nursingmanagement mode of standardized health education path suitable forinpatients’ responsibility system nursing, so as to improve the quality ofnursing service. Methods By summing up the working methods of nursingpractice of responsibility system in the past, summing up nursing practiceexperience, applying nursing procedure, and according to the characteristicsof specialty diseases in the department, the health education path tablesuitable for nursing work of responsibility system in the department ofundergraduate education was formulated. Results The application ofhealth education path table in clinical nursing work can significantlyimprove the quality of clinical nursing service of nurses, standardizehealth education work, improve the quality of clinical nursing teachingof interns and junior nurses, and improve the satisfaction of hospitalizedpatients with nursing service. Conclusion Health education for inpatientsby using health education path table can significantly improve the qualityof nursing, optimize nursing management, effectively improve the effect ofhealth education, and be conducive to the development, management andsupervision of clinical nursing work.
