丹红注射液对糖尿病足患者足背血流动力学指标的影响

Effect of Danhong Injection on Hemodynamic Indexes of Dorsum of Foot in Patients With Diabetic Foot

目的观察胰岛素联合丹红注射液对糖尿病足患者足背血流动力学指标的影响及临床疗效。方法 2018年3—12月选取在本院治疗的糖尿病足患者120例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各60例,对照组给予常规和对症治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予丹红注射液,观察两组治疗前后足背动脉的血管内径、血流量和峰值流速,治疗后的疗效和不良反应等。结果经治疗后,观察组的足背动脉血流动力学指标改善优于对照组(P <0.05),疗效好于对照组(P <0.05),两组不良反应率无统计学差异(P> 0.05)。结论胰岛素联合丹红注射液对糖尿病足患者的足背血流动力学具有明显的改善作用,具有良好的治疗效果,安全性较好,值得进一步深入研究。

Objective To observe the effect of insulin combined with Danhong injection on hemodynamic indexes of dorsum of foot in patients with diabetic foot and its clinical efficacy. Methods 120 patients with diabetic foot treated in our hospital from March to December 2018 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 60 cases in each group. The control group was given routine and symptomatic treatment. The observation group was given Danhong injection on the basis of the control group. The vascular diameter, blood flow and peak flow velocity of dorsal pedal artery were observed before and after treatment, and the efficacy and adverse reactions after treatment were observed. Results After treatment, the hemodynamic index of dorsal pedal artery in the observation group was better than that in the control group (P < 0.05), and the curative effect was better than that in the control group (P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in the adverse reaction rate between the two groups (P > 0.05). Conclusion Insulin combined with Danhong injection can improve the hemodynamics of dorsum of foot in patients with diabetic foot, and has good therapeutic effect and safety, which is worthy of further study.
