针灸推拿联合康复治疗神经根型颈椎病的效果观察

Observation on the Effect of Acupuncture and Moxibustion Combined With Rehabilitation on Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy

目的对针灸推拿联合康复治疗神经根型颈椎病的效果进行分析和观察。方法选择我院在2017年1月—2018年6月期间收治的120例神经根型颈椎病患者作为研究对象,按照病例单双号将其随机划分为对照组和观察组,每组各有60例患者,采用康复治疗的方法治疗对照组患者,在此基础上采用针灸推拿的方法治疗观察组患者,对两组患者的治疗效果进行分析和比较。结果对照组总有效率为85.0%,观察组总有效率为96.7%。观察组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。对照组治疗后VAS评分为(1.36±0.98)分,观察组治疗后为(1.03±0.81)分,观察组明显低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论在神经根型颈椎病的临床治疗中应用针灸推拿联合康复治疗的方法具有十分确切的疗效,其能够有效改善临床症状,而且并发症较少。

Objective To analyze and observe the effect of acupuncture and moxibustion combined with rehabilitation on cervical spondylotic radiculopathy. Methods 120 patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy who were admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to June 2018 were selected as subjects. Conclusion The application of acupuncture and massage combined with rehabilitation therapy in the clinical treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy has a very effective effect, which can effectively improve clinical symptoms and less complications.
