综合护理对冠心病心绞痛患者生活质量的作用

Effect of Comprehensive Nursing on Quality of Life in Patients With Angina Pectoris

目的了解提高冠心病心绞痛患者生活质量的综合化护理服务方案。方法选择我院2017年1月—2018年4月的60例冠心病心绞痛患者,随机分组,对照组给予一般护理,综合化护理组进行了综合化护理服务方案。比较两组满意占比;冠心病心绞痛疾病认知、遵医水平;护理前后平均生活质量评分、心功能状态;并发症出现比例。结果综合化护理组满意占比、平均生活质量评分、心功能状态、冠心病心绞痛疾病认知、遵医水平、并发症出现比例对比对照组有优势(P <0.05)。结论冠心病心绞痛患者实施综合化护理服务方案可获得良好效果。

Objective To understand the comprehensive nursing service scheme for improving the quality of life of patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris. Methods 60 patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris in our hospital from January 2017 to April 2018 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was given general nursing and the comprehensive nursing group was given comprehensive nursing service. The satisfaction ratio;the level of cognition and compliance of coronary heart disease and angina pectoris;the average quality of life score, heart function status before and after nursing;the proportion of complications of two groups were compared. Results Compared with the control group, the proportion of satisfaction, average quality of life score, cardiac function status, awareness of coronary heart disease and angina pectoris, compliance level and complications in the comprehensive nursing group had advantages(P < 0.05). Conclusion The implementation of comprehensive nursing service program for patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris can achieve good results.
