品管圈在老年糖尿病患者健康教育中的应用

Application of Quality Control Circle in Improving the Awareness of Admission Health Education for Elderly Diabetic Patients

目的通过开展品管圈活动改善老年糖尿病患者入院健康教育知晓情况。方法引入QC小组活动,选取2016年3—5月住院的80例老年糖尿病患者为对照组,2016年9—11月住院的76例老年糖尿病患者为观察组,对照组进行常规健康教育,观察组运用品管圈实践,建立规范化入院健康教育流程和指引。结果老年糖尿病患者入院健康教育知晓率从活动前的42.48%提高到84.12%。结论品管圈活动应用于老年糖尿病患者健康教育中,能提高入院健康教育知晓率,促进健康教育流程的不断优化和改进,以提高健康教育的质量和水平。

Objective To improve the awareness of admission health education for elderly diabetic patients through the application of quality control circle(QCC). Methods Applying the QCC to practice,80 elderly diabetic patients were selected as control group from March to May 2016,76 elderly diabetic patients were selected as observation group from September to November 2016. The control group were given routine health education, while the observation group were subjected to the application of QCC by regularizing the procedure guidance of admission health education. Results The awareness of education of admission increased from 42.48% to 84.12% in aged diabetics after the activities. Conclusion The health education of admission was improved in quality and the satisfaction of patients was improved to some extent.
