植入式输液港、中心静脉置管在化疗中的应用

Application of Implantable Infusion Port and Central Venous Catheter in Chemotherapy

目的探讨植入式输液港(totally implantablevenous access port,PORT)和中心静脉置管(Peripherally Inserted Central Catheters,PICC)在小儿恶性肿瘤化疗中的运用效果。方法选择某三级甲等综合性医院肿瘤科2016年9月—2018年9月行PORT和PICC置管化疗的恶性肿瘤患儿各60例,比较两组并发症、家属满意度。结果PORT组并发症总发生率1.67%与PICC组5.00%对比无差异(P> 0.05);PORT组家属满意率88.33%显著高于PICC组68.33%(P<0.05)。结论 PORT可作为小儿恶性肿瘤化疗的首选途径。

Objective To investigate the effect of implantable infusion port (PORT) and Peripherally Inserted Central Catheters (PICC) in chemotherapy of pediatric malignant tumors. Methods 60 children with malignant tumors who received PORT and PICC catheterization chemotherapy from September 2016 to September 2018 in oncology department of a tertiary general hospital were selected, and the complications and family satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The total incidence of complications in PORT group was 1.67% compared with 5.00% in PICC group (P > 0.05), and the satisfaction rate of family members in PORT group was 88.33% higher than that in PICC group (68.33%)(P < 0.05). Conclusion PORT may be the first choice of chemotherapy for malignant tumors in children.
