摘要
目的以髋臼骨折手术治疗患者为研究对象,评价3D打印技术在其中应用的优异性。方法选取2016年5月—2018年7月在我院住院行髋臼骨折手术治疗的患者36例,随机分成治疗组(3D打印技术)、对照组(传统手术技术)两组进行对比治疗。对比两组患者临床治疗效果及术后功能情况。结果 (1)治疗组的平均手术时间较对照组短(P<0.05);治疗组的出血量较对照组少(P <0.05)。(2)治疗组的骨折端复位情况较对照组更加精准(P <0.05);治疗组的术后并发症发生率低于对照组;治疗组的术后功能评分较对照组高(P <0.05);两组治疗的满意复位对比率差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);两组治疗方式术后功能评级差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论两种手术治疗方式均可以取得很好的功能疗效,运用3D打印技术进行手术是一种更加精准,微创、安全有效的方法。
Objective To evaluate the excellence of 3D printing technology in the surgical treatment of acetabular fractures. Methods 36 patients with acetabular fracture who were hospitalized in our hospital from May 2016 to July 2018 were selected and randomly divided into the treatment group (3D printing technology) and the control group (traditional surgery technology) for comparative treatment. The clinical efficacy and postoperative function of the two groups were compared. Results (1) The average operation time of the treatment group was shorter than that of the control group (P < 0.05), and the bleeding volume of the treatment group was less than that of the control group (P < 0.05).(2) The reduction of fracture ends in the treatment group was more accurate than that in the control group (P < 0.05);the incidence of complications in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group;the functional score in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05);there was no significant difference in the satisfactory reduction rate between the two groups (P > 0.05);and there was no significant difference in the functional rating between the two groups (P > 0.05). Conclusion Two kinds of surgical treatment can achieve good functional effect. Using 3D printing technology to perform surgery is a more accurate, minimally invasive, safe and effective method.
