功能性胸廓成形术治疗肺癌术后脓胸17例临床分析构建

Clinical Analysis of 17 Cases of Postoperative Empyema Treated With Functional Thoracoplasty

目的探究功能性胸廓成形术对肺癌术后脓胸的治疗效果。方法选取2017年12月—2018年12月收治的17例肺癌术后脓胸患者,均采取过保守治疗且治疗无效。为所有患者采取功能性胸廓成形术,观察患者的手术治疗效果,记录术中输血量、术后并发症发生率等指标。结果 17例患者均手术成功,术中输血量达到(541.66±30.53)mL,其术后并发症发生率为11.76%(2/17),经过对症治疗后并发症均得到缓解。结论功能性胸廓成形术对肺癌术后脓胸有治疗效果,临床可在患者保守治疗失败无效后为其采取这种术法。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of functional thoracoplasty on postoperative empyema in patients with lung cancer. Methods 17 patients with postoperative empyema who underwent surgery from December 2017 to December 2018 were treated conservatively and were ineffective. Functional thoracoplasty was performed for all patients, the surgical treatment effect of the patients was observed, and the intraoperative blood transfusion volume and postoperative complication rate were recorded. Results All the 17 patients were successfully operated. The intraoperative blood transfusion volume reached (541.66±30.53) mL, and the postoperative complication rate was 11.76%(2/17). After symptomatic treatment, the complications were alleviated. Conclusion Functional thoracoplasty has a significant therapeutic effect on postoperative empyema in patients with lung cancer. This method can be used in patients after the conservative treatment failure.
