浅析西药房库房环境管理对药品质量的影响

Analysis on the Influence of Environmental Management of Western Pharmacy Warehouse on Drug Quality

目的分析西药房库房环境管理中优质环境质量管理的应用价值。方法在2017年8月—2018年7月我院中西药房库房环境管理工作中开展优质环境管理方案。根据西药房的具体工作状况进行相应的管理工作调整,并在实验完成后记录各项药品管理质量,并录入2016年10月—2017年7月西药房库房环境管理工作状况,对比两个时间段的药房管理工作质量,记录开展优质环境管理前后的西药质量问题发生次数以及发生率,评价优质环境管理效果。结果本次研究成果显示,管理完成后,西药房药品质量管理中存在的质量问题发生率为4.60%(23/500),而管理前的质量问题发生率为13.80%(69/500),管理前后对比差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论通过本次研究成果可以得出,将优质环境质量管理应用于临床用药的管理中,能够对出现的问题进行分析并制定出科学的用药方式,将用药不合理事件降到最低,提高用药安全性。

Objective To analyze the application value of high quality environmental quality management in the environmental management of Western pharmacy warehouse. Methods From August 2017 to July 2018, a high-quality environmental management program was implemented in the environmental management of the warehouses of Chinese and Western pharmacies in our hospital. According to the specific working conditions of the western pharmacy, the corresponding management work was adjusted, and the quality of drug management was recorded after the experiment was completed. The environmental management status of the Western pharmacy warehouse from October 2016 to July 2017 was recorded. The quality of pharmacy management in the two periods was compared, and the occurrence times and incidence rates of quality problems of Western medicine before and after the implementation of high-quality environmental management were recorded. Results The results of this study showed that after the completion of management, the incidence of quality problems in drug quality management in Western pharmacies was 4.60%(23/500), while the incidence of quality problems before management was 13.80%(69/500). There was a significant difference between the two groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion Through the results of this research, it can be concluded that the application of high-quality environmental quality management in the management of clinical drugs can analyze the problems and formulate scientific methods of drug use, minimize the unreasonable use of drugs, and improve the safety of medication.
