集束化体温管理模式在提高早产儿生存质量中的应用研究

Application of Cluster Temperature Management Model in Improving the Quality of Life of Premature Infants

目的探讨集束化体温管理提高早产儿生存质量的干预效果。方法选取我院NICU 2016年1—12月收治早产儿173例为对照组,并于2016年1月成立新生儿体温专项管理小组,2017年1—12月收治早产儿171例为实验组,对照组给予早产儿体温常规护理,实验组在对照组基础上联合集束化体温干预措施,观察记录两组早产儿体温、心率、血氧饱和度波动幅度、低体温发生率及并发症发生情况。结果实验组早产儿体温、心率及血氧饱和度波动幅度小于对照组(P<0.005),实验组早产儿低体温发生率及并发症发生率均低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论集束化干预措施对于维持早产儿体温稳定、预防低体温发生、减少并发症,提高临床救治成功率有至关重要的作用。

Objective Discussing the intervene effect for human temperature bundle care which is in order to improve premature survival quality. Methods We selected 173 case as contrast group which accept treatment in our hospital from January to December 2016, while 171 cases treated as experiment group which accept treatment in our hospital from January to December 2017, at the same time our department set up a special management team for neonatal temperature in January 2016. Regarding the contrast group, we provide premature regular temperature care .based on the contrast group, we combined the temperature bundle care intervene measure, observing & recording the situation of two group premature. Which including temperature, heart rate, blood oxygen saturation fluctuation range;low temperature occur rate. Results The temperature, heart rate, blood oxygen saturation fluctuation range for experiment group is apparent lower than contrast group (P < 0.005). Low temperature、complication occur rate for experiment group is lower than contrast group (P < 0.005). Conclusion Bundle care have a great impact on maintain stable temperature prevent low temperature、 decrease complication、improve the success rate of clinical treatment is of vital importance.
