系统护理对非小细胞肺癌放化疗患者的影响

Effect of Systemic Nursing on Patients With Non-small Cell Lung Cancer Undergoing Radiotherapy and Chemotherapy

目的观察系统护理对Ⅱ～Ⅲ期非小细胞肺癌(Non-small cell lung cancer,NSCLC)同步放化疗患者癌因性疲乏(cancer-related fatigue,CRF)及生存质量的影响。方法选择我院74例NSCLC患者为研究对象,随机分为系统护理组(n=37,予以系统护理)和常规护理组(n=37,予以常规护理),干预4周后,以中文简版疲乏量表(the cancer fatigue scale,CFS)比较其CRF,以中文版癌症治疗功能性量表(FACT-L)评价其生存质量。结果干预4周后,系统护理组CFS评分,低于常规护理组(P <0.05);干预4周后,两组FACT-L中各维度得分均升高(P <0.05)。结论系统护理可给NSCLC患者规范化的护理,减轻疲乏程度,提高生存质量。

Objective To observe the effect of systemic nursing on cancerrelated fatigue and quality of life in patients with stage Ⅱ~Ⅲ NSCLC concurrent chemoradiotherapy. Methods 74 patients with NSCLC in our hospital were selected as the study subjects. They were randomly divided into system nursing group (n =37, systemic nursing) and routine nursing group (n =37, routine nursing). After 4 weeks intervention, the Chinese version was tired. The scale compares its CRF and evaluates its quality of life with the Chinese version of the Cancer Therapeutic Functional Scale. Results After 4 weeks of intervention, the CFS score of the systemic nursing group was significantly lower than that of the conventional nursing group (P < 0.05). After 4 weeks of intervention, the scores of the FACT-L in both groups were significantly increased (P < 0.05). Conclusion Systemic care can provide standardized care for NSCLC patients, reduce fatigue and improve quality of life.
