五常法在口腔门诊模型管理中的应用效果研究

Research on the Application Effect of 5S Methodology in Oral Outpatient Model Management

目的探讨口腔门诊模型管理应用五常法的实施效果。方法建立口腔门诊五常法质量管理小组,分析模型管理中存在的问题,应用五常法即常组织、常整顿、常清洁、常规范、常自律进行管理。结果实施五常法管理模型后,模型完好率由94.35%上升为99.46%,模型正确转运率由97.69%上升为100.00%,模型规范消毒率由52.05%上升为87.10%,模型定点放置率由88.46%上升为100.00%,查找模型的时间由(36.50±10.68)s减少至(20.00±8.45)s。结论运用五常法对口腔门诊模型进行管理,既保证了模型在消毒、转运以及存储过程中的规范性,还减少了查找模型所需要的时间,提高了护理人员的工作效率。

Objective To discuss the effect of application of 5S methods in oral outpatient model management. Methods Established the 5S quality management team of stomatologicai clinic, analyzed the present problems of model management, and applied 5S methods that are structurise, systematise, sanitise, standardise and self-discipline to manage them. Results After implementation of 5S methods regulation, the rate of model intact was increased from 94.35% to 99.46%,the rate of model correct transshipment was increased from 97.69% to 100.00%, the rate of model standardized disinfection was increased from 52.05% to 87.10%, the rate of model fixed-point placement was increased from 88.46% to 100%, the time to find model was decreased from (36.50±10.68)s to (20.00±8.45)s. Conclusion Through implementation of 5S Methods in oral outpatient model management, it not only guarantees the standardization of the model in disinfection, transportation and storage, but also reduces the time needed to find the model. Improve the working efficiency of nurses.
