综合护理干预在鼓膜穿刺术治疗分泌性中耳炎患者中的价值分析

The Value of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention in the Treatment of Secretory Otitis Media by Tympanocentesis

目的探讨综合护理干预在鼓膜穿刺术治疗分泌性中耳炎患者中的应用价值。方法选取2017年3月—2018年7月在本院接受鼓膜穿刺术治疗的86例分泌性中耳炎患者,按照随机数表法将患者均分为两组,对照组和观察组各43例,对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用综合护理干预,对比两组临床护理效果。结果观察组并发症发生率、焦虑、抑郁情况以及治疗效果均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预在鼓膜穿刺术治疗分泌性中耳炎患者中具有良好的运用价值。

Objective To explore the application value of comprehensive nursing intervention in the treatment of secretory otitis media by tympanocentesis. Methods 86 patients with secretory otitis media received tympanocentesis in our hospital from March 2017 to July 2018 were divided into two groups according to the random number table method. 43 patients in the control group and the observation group were given routine nursing, while 43 patients in the observation group were given comprehensive nursing intervention. Results The incidence of complications, anxiety, depression and therapeutic effect of the observation group were better than those of the control group, with statistical significance (P < 0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention has good application value in the treatment of secretory otitis media patients by tympanocentesis.
